Skylar LacH

Skylar joined CPI in 2026 and is based in the New York City office. She focuses on junior level investment professional recruiting, supporting the team across candidate research, recruiting efforts, and search execution. Prior to joining CPI, she interned in consulting, research, and business operations.

Skylar graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in International Politics and Economics and a minor in Spanish. She was a four-year member of the Women’s Lacrosse Team, winning four National Championships and serving as a team captain her senior year. She is originally from Washington, D.C. and is an avid Washington sports fan.
