CPI partners with clients to execute investor relations and fundraising professional searches across investment strategies. We have successfully completed projects at all levels from Analyst to Partner/Head of IR. We work with each client to assess the firm’s current team and specific needs in order to create a target candidate profile. From there, we identify, engage, compel and place talent from relevant pools including current IR/fundraising professionals, placement agents, and alternative investments/marketing teams within banks.
