Kelly Finn

Kelly joined CPI in 2020 and supports junior-level professional recruiting on the West Coast across various strategies and sectors.

Prior to joining CPI, Kelly worked at Wells Fargo in University Programs as a Campus Recruiting Consultant, where she led the summer and full-time analyst recruiting efforts for the Financial Analyst Program in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Region. In this role, Kelly also supported recruiting for the Corporate & Investment Banking Programs. While at Wells Fargo, Kelly also supported the recruiting efforts for mid-to-senior level roles in the Wells Fargo Wholesale Banking recruiting space.

Kelly holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Education from Roanoke College. She was also a member and Captain of the Roanoke Women’s Division III Field Hockey team.
