KATE WHITMAN

Kate joined CPI’s New York City office in 2025, where she focuses on real estate professional recruiting across all levels, geographies, and asset classes. She assists with research, correspondence, scheduling, and general search process management.

Before joining CPI, Kate worked as a broker at a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, specializing in solutions for mission-driven organizations and nonprofit real estate.

Kate graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Rhetoric, Writing, and Media Studies. She is a proud graduate of the Berkshire School.
