Claire O’Brien

Claire is a member of the Fund & Portfolio Resources (FPR) practice at CPI, focused on executing searches for non-investment roles within buy-side firms and their portfolio companies.

Before CPI, Claire handled numerous CEO and CFO searches for growth and private equity-backed software companies at Assembly Group, a boutique executive search firm. Earlier in her career, Claire spent several years at a boutique private equity recruiting firm where she focused on investment professional recruiting for growth and private equity clients, ranging from Analyst to Principal levels.

Claire is a California-native and former Singapore resident. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Communication and Entrepreneurship.
