Lauren Timms

Lauren joined CPI in 2011 and helps lead the West Coast office. She focuses on junior to senior level investment professional recruiting and business development. Lauren covers a range of clients including venture capital, growth equity, and buyout firms. She works with candidates and clients across all levels, strategies, and sectors in the Bay Area and Los Angeles.

Prior to joining CPI’s San Francisco office in 2016, Lauren worked in CPI’s NYC office for 4 years. She then helped lead Wells Fargo’s investment banking recruiting in Charlotte, NC before returning to CPI in San Francisco.

Lauren graduated from Colgate University where she played on the Women’s Varsity Field Hockey team. She also played club squash. She is an active alumna of Colgate University and is on the board of the Chick Mission, whose mission is to ensure every young woman newly diagnosed with cancer has the option to preserve fertility.
