Caroline Hoak

Caroline joined CPI in 2014. She focuses on mid-to-senior level investment professional recruiting and business development. She has over a decade of recruiting experience across all levels, industries, and strategies within private equity, growth equity, public equity, and credit.

Prior to private equity recruiting, Caroline worked at the Walt Disney Company in strategy and business development and at the New York Stock Exchange.

Caroline earned a B.S. in Marketing from Providence College and an MBA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. Caroline lives in New York City with her husband and son.
