Brian A.


Brian founded CPI in 1996. 23+ years later, he has more investment professional recruiting experience than anyone in the United States. He has helped build teams globally in 65 cities across 15 countries for investment firms of many strategies and sizes. As recruiting partner, human behaviorist, business partner and advisor, Brian helps clients analyze, build and refine human capital models through his deep knowledge of the investment industry. While managing the Firm, Brian leads and helps manage pre- and post-MBA projects. 

Prior to founding CPI, Brian was a Vice President with the international real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle. Before that he was with Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Real Estate Group where he worked on equity and debt transactions including the firm’s purchase of its world headquarters. Brian has also been involved with several entrepreneurial ventures acting as founder, investor and advisor. He is on the national board and serves as the Chair of NYC Advisory Board for Good Sports, an organization that provides funding and equipment for children in need. 

Brian graduated from Denison University with a degree in Political Science and from The Lawrenceville School. His resides in Bedford, NY, is married to Suzanne Rand O’Callaghan and has three children, Will, Jack and Maggie.
