As Founder of CPI, Brian has helped numerous firms expand and manage their human capital models. He has also worked closely with CPI clients as strategic advisor. His in-depth knowledge of the investment industry and experience in managing recruiting processes has resulted in CPI developing meaningful relationships with firms and talent globally. Brian is active in both pre- and post-MBA recruiting on a daily basis as manager and recruiter. He oversees all of CPI’s business activities from recruiting to strategic initiatives.
Prior to founding CPI, Brian was a Vice President with the international real estate firm, Jones Lang LaSalle. Before that he was with Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. in the Investment Banking Real Estate Group where he worked on equity and debt transactions including the Firm’s purchase of its world headquarters.
Brian graduated from Denison University with a degree in Political Science and is an active alumnus of the Lawrenceville School.
