Vanessa manages CPI's Analyst and Associate recruiting by thoughtfully identifying, screening and securing talent. Vanessa joined CPI as a Partner after working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch in New York. As a member of the Global Energy & Power Group she executed both debt and equity financings and advised clients on M&A transactions.

Vanessa graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics with a focus on Labor & Industrial Studies. Vanessa was a member of the Varsity Ice Hockey team and was previously a member of the Canadian Junior National Soccer team.

During her tenure at Merrill Lynch, Vanessa was an active Analyst recruiter and is an involved alumnus of Deerfield Academy. Vanessa is involved with the Catholic Big Brothers and Sisters Organization and Cents Ability.
