Allison joined CPI in February 2008 to work on pre-MBA recruiting for investment clients across several strategies. Her role has since expanded to include On-Campus MBA recruiting.

Prior to joining CPI, Allison worked for a Pediatric Hematologist at Weill Cornell Medical College/ NYPH, doing medical research with independent pharmaceutical companies. She was responsible for overseeing Phase I/II clinical studies related to a rare blood disease. Allison graduated from Cornell University in May 2006 from the College of Human Ecology, with a Major in Human Development. She was a four year, varsity letter winner and captain of the Cornell Women's Lacrosse team and is an active member of the New York Athletic Club.
