Melissa Weintraub joined CPI with nearly 5 years of investment professional recruiting experience. At CPI, she focuses on pre-MBA recruiting for investment clients across several strategies.

Prior to joining CPI, Melissa worked at a boutique search firm where she focused on pre-MBA recruiting for middle market private equity funds. Previously, she worked in the art field at a cultural start-up and was the Director of a boutique Manhattan auction house. At the beginning of her career, Melissa taught English in Japan for two years before returning to New York to join the M&A group at Banc of America Securities.

Melissa graduated cum laude from Skidmore College with a BA in Psychology and minor in Studio Art.
