Jenny Lee joined CPI in 2007 and focuses on both pre- and post-MBA recruiting for private equity and hedge funds. She is currently based in CPI's New York office, after spending a few years in CPI's San Francisco office. She works closely with clients on both east and west coasts.

Jenny has over 7 years of investment professional recruiting experience. Prior to CPI, she was a recruiter with a boutique search firm, where she focused on recruiting for venture capital and private equity firms. Prior to recruiting, she worked in finance, having worked as an Associate with MidMark Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm and as an Investment Banking Analyst with Prudential Securities.

Jenny serves as the class correspondent for her alma mater and is a founding committee member for the San Francisco chapter of Project by Project, a national non-profit that partners with and fundraises for local non-profits. She received a BA in Economics, with distinction, from Barnard College, Columbia University.
