Janelle joined CPI in 2010 to focus on pre- and post- MBA recruiting and is based in San Francisco, covering both west and east coast clients.

Prior to joining CPI, Janelle worked at TPG as an Associate in the fundraising group, where she focused on capital raising and investor relations efforts. Janelle began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers in New York. During her tenure at Lehman Brothers, Janelle executed debt and equity transactions in the private market and participated in the company’s New York recruiting efforts.

Janelle graduated Phi Beta Kappa, with Honors, from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in International Studies.
