Michelle joined CPI in May 2007 as an Associate to support the pre-MBA recruiting team. She has since expanded her role at CPI working with the post-MBA team.

Michelle graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in May of 2005. While attending college she studied History and Public Service. She also worked with a variety of organizations ranging from schools to prisons to provide assistance for the mentally handicapped. Michelle was an active member of the environmental house throughout her time at Hobart.

After graduating she traveled extensively through Europe and Africa before accepting a job in sales.
