Carolina focuses on both pre-MBA and post-MBA recruiting and business development at CPI. Prior to CPI, Carolina worked at the Estée Lauder Companies as a marketing manager for the Clinique brand. Carolina also participated in the company's MBA on campus recruiting efforts and summer internship programs. Carolina began her career at Paul Wilmot Communications, a public relations firm in New York.

Carolina graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University with a BA in Spanish and minors in Art History and Marketing. She also received an MBA from the Wharton School, and an MA in Latin American Studies from the Lauder Institute, both at the University of Pennsylvania.
