As
Founder and Managing Partner of CPI, Brian has helped several
firms manage and refine their human capital models. His in-depth
knowledge of the investment space and ability to engineer processes
has resulted in meaningful relationships with leading firms. Brian
oversees all of CPI's business activities ranging from recruiting
to strategic initiatives.
Prior to founding CPI, Brian was a Vice President with the international
real estate firm, Jones Lang LaSalle. Previously, Brian was with
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. in the Investment Banking Real Estate
Group where he worked on equity and debt transactions totaling
over $4 billion, including the firm's purchase of its world headquarters.
Brian has been involved with several entrepreneurial ventures
acting as recruiter, investor, advisor and fund raiser.
Brian graduated from Denison University with a degree in Political Science and
is an active alumnus of the Lawrenceville School. He is also an engagement speaker
at conferences, colleges and universities where he shares his experiences with
professionals, students and alumni throughout the country.
